For this Nashville mixed-use building, we are currently renovating the second floor loft living space and adding a new rooftop terrace for outdoor living and entertaining.
The new rooftop features two exterior wood decks.
A raised platform will become an elevated lounge housing a custom steel stair that provides access to the new roof addition and terrace.
