While COVID has forced a vacancy rate for many offices, we are thrilled to be working on a 17,000-SF shared penthouse office with a roof deck. Construction for this project started in December 2020 with occupancy slated for September 2021.
The new shared workplace will provide generous individual and shared areas in a space flooded in natural light from four exposures and large skylights. The space supports an open office with conference, lounge, and dedicated incubator areas, as well as a shaded outdoor space for work and dialogue. The project is a concrete example of what we believe is an unyielding desire for people and industries to socialize, collaborate and share ideas.
