A four-bedroom, three-bath apartment in New York’s only Arts-and-Crafts apartment building seamlessly reunites two halves of what was originally a single residence. We added large entertaining rooms, central HVAC and a modern, sun-flooded kitchen while restoring historic details. An enfilade door and window alignment opens up full east-to-west views of Central Park and Lincoln Center. Interior decorating by Peter Dunham of Los Angeles.
