Tribeca Loft Interiors
New York, NY
An 1884 former caviar warehouse loft in Tribeca becomes a warm, open residence with its curated vintage midcentury furnishings, soft carpets and rich fabrics contrasting the industrial steel and brick space. Conceived to scaled down and warm up the loft, the décor includes custom upholstered sofas and beds paired with OTTO by Andrew Franz coffee tables. The natural, rich tones contrast the backdrop of Walnut paneling. Simple, sculptural light fixtures and glass partitions with soft drapes add visual intrigue. Bridging a half century of modernism, the award-winning loft interiors debuted in a recent DWELL Magazine home tour and has been published world wide.
